# CTCG: 4.73% of shares held by Contemporary Tourism have been ruled by the court to be transferred to Nanchang Jianglu

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CTCG (600358.SH) announced that the company recently received a "Notice Letter" from the Contemporary Tourism Manager, informing that on January 22, 2025, the Contemporary Tourism Manager received the Civil Ruling No. (2022) Min 02 Po 174 No. 8 issued by the Xiamen Intermediate People's Court: The Xiamen Intermediate Court ruled to transfer 23,875,934 shares of CTCG (accounting for 4.73% of the company's total share capital) held by Contemporary Tourism to Nanchang Jianglu, in order to offset the debt of 86,060,856.54 yuan owed by Contemporary Tourism to Nanchang Jianglu
