According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PGVT (000629.SZ) announced that the company will hold the 20th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors on January 23, 2025, to review and approve the "Proposal on the Election of the Chairman." It was decided to elect Ma Chaohui as the Chairman of the 9th Board of Directors, with a term consistent with the current Board; and it was agreed that Ma Chaohui would resign from the position of General Manager of the company
