# Formula E introduces fast charging mechanism for Season 11

The Formula E World Championship is set to undergo significant changes in its 11th season. The brand new "Pit Boost" mechanism will make its debut from February 14 to 15, 2025, at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit in Saudi Arabia, as part of the third and fourth rounds of the competition. This groundbreaking technology will revolutionize the race day experience, providing drivers with more efficient charging solutions.
