# LANGOLD: Stock trading may be subject to delisting risk warning

LANGOLD announced that, according to preliminary calculations by the company's finance department, the net assets attributable to the parent company at the end of 2024 are expected to be negative. If the audited net assets attributable to the parent company at the end of 2024 are negative, according to relevant regulations, the company's stock trading may be subject to delisting risk warnings after the disclosure of the 2024 annual report.
