# HUAKONG SEG plans to acquire 40% equity of Yunshuzhi for 21.6756 million yuan

On January 24th, Jinshi Data reported that HUAKONG SEG announced in the evening that the company plans to acquire 40% of the equity directly held by its indirect controlling shareholder, Shanxi Construction Investment, in Shanxi Construction Investment Cloud Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., at a transfer price of 21.6756 million yuan. This acquisition of 40% of Cloud Intelligent will be included in the scope of consolidated financial statements, which will introduce intelligent and digital technologies to the company. While ensuring the company's stable operation, it will fully leverage its first-mover advantages in areas such as environmental water services, sponge city construction, and architectural planning and design, transitioning towards green and digital upgrades, enhancing the company's core competitiveness, and promoting sustainable development
