# XI'AN GLOBAL expects a pre-loss, with an estimated net loss of 32 million to 59 million yuan for the fiscal year 2024

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XI'AN GLOBAL (002799.SZ) released its annual performance forecast for 2024, expecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company of between 32 million and 59 million yuan for the year. The reason for the performance change: the subsidiary of the company, Horgos Lingkai Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lingkai Technology"), has overdue accounts receivable from its client Beijing Brainstorm Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Brainstorm"). Based on the principle of prudence, the company estimates that the risk of recovering the remaining accounts receivable from Brainstorm has further increased, thus it has made a provision for impairment on the remaining accounts receivable in this period
