On January 24th, Jinshi Data reported that Hylink announced that among the candidates for non-independent directors of the sixth board of directors, three candidates were nominated by the shareholder Xiangjiang Group, and another was nominated by the shareholder Su Tong. Xiangjiang Group promised to increase its shareholding in the listed company to the position of the largest shareholder within the next three months through methods including but not limited to bidding transactions and participating in judicial auctions. After the completion of this board election, the controlling shareholder of the company will change from Su Tong to Xiangjiang Group, and the actual controller will change to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Changsha City
