# SBGCL plans to acquire 60% equity of Bailian Yiwanhua Shopping Plaza (Changsha)

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SBGCL (600827.SH) plans to acquire 60% equity of Bailian Yiwanhua Shopping Plaza (Changsha) Co., Ltd. and provide a transitional shareholder loan of no more than RMB 46 million to it, for the repayment of shareholder loans to the transferor Ivanhoe Cambridge Equity Two (HK) Limited on and after the closing date. After the acquisition is completed, the company intends to entrust its affiliated company Shanghai Bailian Yiteng Commercial Management Co., Ltd. to carry out the renovation and management of the project
