# Ultra-long-term special government bonds have supported the renovation and upgrading of 29,000 old residential elevators

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development stated that by the end of December 2024, a total of 33,000 elevators will have been started and updated across various regions, of which 29,000 are supported by ultra-long-term special government bond funds, with a completed investment amount of 3.268 billion yuan
