# Zhongheng Group: Application for clinical trial of Sanqi granules accepted

Zhongheng Group (600252.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangxi Zhongheng Innovative Pharmaceutical Research Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongheng Innovation") has signed a "Technology Transfer Contract" with the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine will transfer all developed results and corresponding intellectual property rights of its Class 1 traditional Chinese medicine new drug - Sanqi Granules to Zhongheng Innovation, with a total technology transfer fee of RMB 18 million. Zhongheng Innovation has recently received the "Acceptance Notice" for the clinical trial application of Sanqi Granules issued by the National Medical Products Administration
