At the national forestry and grassland work video conference, the National Forestry and Grassland Administration stated that in the next step, it will introduce the "Overall Plan for the Three-North Project" and the "Photovoltaic Desertification Control Plan for the Three-North Desert and Gobi Areas," among others, to create a number of iconic demonstration projects for joint prevention and control, and systematic governance. It will scientifically carry out land greening actions and formulate the "Land Greening Spatial Planning" and "Project Operation Design and Implementation Management Regulations."
