# PGVT appointed Wang Shaodong as General Manager

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, PGVT (000629.SZ) stated that, upon the recommendation of the company's chairman Jack Ma, the third meeting of the nomination committee of the ninth board of directors has reviewed and approved the decision to appoint Wang Shaodong as the company's general manager, with a term consistent with the current board of directors.

At the same time, in accordance with the provisions of the Company Law and the company's articles of association, upon the recommendation of the shareholder Pangang Group Co., Ltd., and after review and approval by the third meeting of the nomination committee of the ninth board of directors, the board of directors agreed to nominate Wang Shaodong as a candidate for a non-independent director of the ninth board of directors, to be submitted for election at the company's second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025
