# Feymer's controlling shareholder plans to change control, and the stock continues to be suspended

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Feymer (688350.SH) announced that on January 23, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder Jiangsu Feixiang Chemical Co., Ltd. that it is planning to transfer the company's shares (the specific ratio and transaction method will be further discussed and determined by both parties).
