# ECOLOVO signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shandong Guangming Biotechnology

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ECOLOVO (301116.SZ) announced that Shandong Guangming Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shandong Guangming Biotechnology") is a modern enterprise focused on the research, breeding, and promotion of domestic white-feather broiler chicken varieties (breeding lines), primarily engaged in the production of grandparent and parent stock. The company is a leading Chinese poultry food enterprise that integrates poultry (broilers, ducks) breeding, breeding stock farming, feed, condiments, cooked food processing, and commercial chains, with a core focus on meat poultry food processing. Both parties, based on the principles of complementary advantages, win-win cooperation, and mutual benefit, have fully leveraged their resource advantages and reached a strategic cooperation agreement through friendly consultation.

In this cooperation, both parties will fully utilize their respective resource and technological advantages to conduct in-depth collaboration in the development and promotion of new broiler chicken varieties, jointly build and share external resources, and jointly apply for and undertake major national and provincial projects related to white-feather broilers. They will work together to improve the full industry chain layout of both parties, invest in and construct white-feather broiler breeding bases in regions such as Shandong, to meet the promotion and application of Guangming series varieties and the supply of the ECOLOVO Group's industry chain
