# Good Energy Accepts Esyasoft's GBP99 Million Buyout Bid

Good Energy Group agreed to Esyasoft Investment's revised cash takeover offer of 4.90 pounds sterling for each of its shares, from the initial 4.12 pounds per share proposal.

The new bid values the renewable electricity company's entire issued share capital at 99.4 million pounds on a fully diluted basis, according to a Monday filing. The acquisition will be carried out through a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement, which is expected to take effect in the first half.

Good Energy Group said the transaction will help boost its organic growth, support its strategic investments, and back its long-term goals.

Abu Dhabi-based Esyasoft Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai-based Internet-of-Things devices and software services company, Esyasoft Group.
