# GSMG elects Niu Jijun as chairman

According to the announcement from GSMG (600543.SH), the company's board of directors has recently completed its re-election. Mr. Du Guangzhen no longer serves as the chairman of the board, director, or in any related positions on the board's special committees. On January 27, 2025, the company will hold the first meeting of the 11th board of directors, where Mr. Niu Jijun will be elected as the chairman of the 11th board of directors, with a term starting from the date of the board's approval until the end of the 11th board's term.

According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association, the legal representative of the company will be changed to Mr. Niu Jijun. The company will complete the corresponding changes to its corporate registration information as soon as possible
