# Fortive Names Sharmistha Dubey Chair

Fortive said Wednesday it has named Sharmistha Dubey its chair.

Dubey succeeds Alan Spoon, who will retire from the board in June and not stand for reelection, the company said.

Dubey has been on the Fortive board since 2020, Fortive added.
