新傳企劃 (01284) 公布，自今年 4 月 1 日起，楊政龍將獲委任為董事會主席、執行董事、執行委員會主席及薪酬委員會成員。

同時，黃志輝將從董事會主席、執行董事、執行委員會主席及薪酬委員會成員之職務退休。

董事會相信，楊政龍將對推動公司的未來發展具積極意義，並向黃志輝於其出任期間對集團所作出之竭誠服務和寶貴貢獻致以衷心感謝，並祝願其未來的退休生活一切順利。
