The program allows for the purchase of up to 19,080,000 shares, with a total budget of NOK 1,992,000,000. The buy-back will occur on specific dates, with a maximum price of NOK 1,000 per share. The program complies with Norwegian and EU regulations and is authorized by the annual general meeting.
