# Equinor ASA: Buy-back of shares to share programmes for employees

> Equinor ASA has initiated a share buy-back program to support employee share-based incentive plans, running from February 14, 2025, to January 15, 2026. The program allows for the purchase of up to 19,080,000 shares, with a total budget of NOK 1,992,000,000. The buy-back will occur on specific dates, with a maximum price of NOK 1,000 per share. The program complies with Norwegian and EU regulations and is authorized by the annual general meeting.

Shares acquired under the buy-back programme from 14 February 2025 to 15 May 2025 is based upon the authorization from the annual general meeting on 14 May 2024, registered in the Norwegian register for business enterprises.
