# SUNSHINE plans to raise no more than 372 million yuan through a private placement to Jun Guang Investment

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Guangyun Da (300227.SZ) disclosed a plan for issuing shares to specific targets in 2025. The company intends to issue shares to Junfei Investment's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jun Guang Investment, at a price of 6.41 yuan per share. The total amount of funds raised from this issuance to specific targets will not exceed 372 million yuan (including the principal), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting related issuance costs is intended to be used entirely to supplement working capital. The number of shares to be issued is determined by dividing the total amount of funds raised by the issuance price, with the number of shares to be subscribed not exceeding 58 million shares (including the principal)
