# NovelBeam Technology: Some shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1.06% of the shares

According to the announcement from HaiTai New 光 (688677.SH), shareholders Pu Ao Da, Jie Lai Te, and Ma Min plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1,206,140 shares, which does not exceed 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement.

Within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, shareholder and supervisor Zheng Jinlan plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 21,000 shares, which does not exceed 0.0174% of the company's total share capital, through bidding trading.

Within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, shareholder, vice president, chief financial officer, and board secretary Wang Fanghua plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 54,500 shares, which does not exceed 0.0452% of the company's total share capital, through bidding trading
