According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HCD (300909.SZ) announced that the company's director Duan Zhigang plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1.3175 million shares (accounting for 0.7617% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after fifteen trading days from the date of this announcement
