# Champion Asia and other investors establish a new company including electronic component manufacturing business

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Dongguan Wuzhu Junlian Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Luo Xiangjin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. The business scope includes: retail of electronic components; manufacturing of electronic components; sales of electronic components and electromechanical component equipment; manufacturing of electronic components and electromechanical component equipment; sales of electronic products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Huizhou Junya Precision Circuit Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Champion Asia, and Dongguan Xinnengliang Electronic Partnership
