# Sinomach Group invested 200 million to establish an instrumentation company in Chongqing, including multiple AI businesses

According to the Tianyancha App, recently, Sinomach Instruments and Meters (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhou Kaiquan as the legal representative, a registered capital of 200 million RMB, and its business scope includes the manufacturing and sales of intelligent instruments and meters, manufacturing of industrial automatic control system devices, development of artificial intelligence application software, integration services for artificial intelligence industry application systems, and technical consulting services for artificial intelligence public service platforms, all wholly owned by China National Machinery Industry Corporation.
