# EXTEK TECHNOLOGY plans to invest CNY 14.1 million to establish Yingrui Electromechanical and engage in integrated wind turbine motor-related businesses

According to the announcement from EXTEK TECHNOLOGY (301399.SZ), the company plans to invest RMB 14.1 million of its own funds to jointly establish a joint venture company, Zhejiang Yingrui Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yingrui Electromechanical"), with Zhejiang Aifuluo Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhejiang Aifuluo") and Xinchang Changsheng Private Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Xinchang Changsheng"). The main investment will focus on the research and development, production, and sales of integrated fan motors. The registered capital of the joint venture company is RMB 30 million. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold a 47% stake in Yingrui Electromechanical.

The announcement stated that the joint venture company established through this investment will leverage the respective advantages of all parties, focusing on the research and development, optimization, and industrialization of integrated fan motors
