# XPH was applied for pre-restructuring by creditor Jinglong Construction

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XPH (300147.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Notice" delivered by creditor Guangdong Jinglong Construction Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinglong Construction"), stating that due to the company's failure to fulfill effective legal documents and inability to repay due debts, it is clearly lacking repayment capability. However, it has restructuring value and feasibility for restructuring. Therefore, Jinglong Construction recently applied to the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court for a pre-restructuring of the company. The court issued Notice No. (2025) Yue 01 Po Shen 54-2 regarding Jinglong Construction's application
