According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, YONGXING MATERIALS (002756.SZ) announced that its major shareholder Zhejiang JIULI Hi-tech Co., Ltd. ("JIULI Hi-tech") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 15,831,400 shares (i.e., no more than 3.00% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account) within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, through centralized bidding and block trading
