American Superconductor's stock rose over 20.7% in early trading, semiconductor concept stock Coherent rose 14.3%, Advanced Micro Devices rose over 3.1%, Micron Technology rose over 2.5%, NVIDIA's double long ETF rose over 1.1%, and STMicroelectronics' ADR rose over 1%. AMD fell 0.8%, GlobalFoundries fell 1.6%, Qualcomm fell over 5%, Lattice Semiconductor fell about 5.6%, Arm Holdings fell over 6.8%, and Skyworks Solutions, which stated that its mobile business will continue to decline, fell 26.1%
