# YOTRIO plans to establish an offshore investment management platform in Singapore with an amount not exceeding USD 50 million

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YOTRIO (002489.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal on the investment to establish a subsidiary by YOTRIO (Hong Kong) Limited, deciding that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong YOTRIO will establish a wholly-owned subsidiary Singapore YOTRIO in Singapore. The total investment by Hong Kong YOTRIO in Singapore YOTRIO will not exceed USD 50 million. Singapore YOTRIO will serve as an overseas investment management platform, mainly responsible for global industrial layout and enhancing overseas supply chain delivery capabilities
