# SHANGHAI SERUM BIO-TECHNOLOGY: Appointed Liu Jinbao as Chief Financial Officer

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHANGHAI SERUM BIO-TECHNOLOGY (688163.SH) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from Chief Financial Officer Li Shaoyang. Li Shaoyang applied for resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after resigning. The resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors.

Upon nomination by the company's general manager and approval of qualifications by the board's nomination committee and audit committee, the company held the fourth meeting of the fourth board of directors on February 7, 2025, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the appointment of the company's Chief Financial Officer, agreeing to appoint Liu Jinbao as the Chief Financial Officer, with a term starting from the date of board approval until the end of the fourth board's term
