# BO YUAN plans to spend 12.5 million yuan to acquire 100% equity of Weifang Rongyuan for the establishment of a technology research and development center

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BO YUAN (301617.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of RMB 12.5 million to acquire a total of 100% equity in Weifang Rongyuan held by Yuanhua Xinda and Shuoshuo Investment. Upon completion of the transaction, Weifang Rongyuan will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

It is reported that the company plans to establish a technology research and development center project, and Weifang Rongyuan is adjacent to the company's factory location. Considering the convenience of the project construction site being nearby, it facilitates unified management of the factory area and reduces the investment cost of public supporting facilities, thus the company intends to implement this acquisition
