Recently, multiple A-share listed companies have successively announced valuation enhancement plans. Following Befar's release of its first valuation enhancement plan on January 15, SDHT also announced the second valuation enhancement plan for A-share listed companies on February 5. In addition, the Secretary of the Board of Directors of SANGANG MINGUANG stated in response to investor inquiries on February 7 that the company will actively promote the formulation of a valuation enhancement plan in accordance with the requirements of market value management-related documents. Industry insiders analyze that this move by listed companies marks the continued advancement of valuation enhancement plans in the A-share market and reflects the high importance that listed companies place on market value management.
