# DHL's subsidiary plans to increase its investment in Thunderbird by 1.02 million yuan to promote diversified business development

According to the announcement from Dahongli (300865.SZ), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Zhen Ding Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhen Ding Machinery") will invest 1.02 million yuan to participate in the capital increase of Chengdu Thunder Bird Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Thunder Bird"). After the capital increase, Thunder Bird's registered capital will be 2 million yuan, and Zhen Ding Machinery will hold a 51% stake. Thunder Bird will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements and will be under the company's control.

The announcement stated that in recent years, the low-altitude economy represented by drones has rapidly risen, the market size of the drone industry has expanded year by year, application scenarios have been gradually explored, and the demand for drones is strong. The capital increase by Zhen Ding Machinery in Thunder Bird is conducive to promoting the company's diversified development
