# SEGCL Chairman Zhang Liang resigns

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shen Saige (000058.SZ) stated that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Liang, the chairman of the company, on February 8, 2025. Mr. Zhang Liang resigned from his positions as chairman, director, and member of the board's development strategy committee and the compensation and assessment committee due to work arrangements. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Liang will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. The company's board of directors agreed to nominate Mr. Liu Qing as a candidate for a non-independent director of the company's eighth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the eighth board's term
