# Sinovatio's controlling shareholder's concerted action parties have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 1.56%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Sinovatio (002912.SZ) announced that it recently received a notice from its shareholders, informing that the concerted actors of its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd., including Guangdong Hongtu, Nanjing Hongtu, Kunshan Hongtu, and Zhengzhou Bairui, will reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of 1,663,400 shares through centralized bidding transactions from December 4, 2024, to February 10, 2025, accounting for 0.9742% of the company's total share capital, and will reduce their holdings by a total of 1,000,000 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.5856% of the company's total share capital
