# ZIJING INTL FIN has completed the subscription for new shares under the general authorization

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZIJING INTL FIN announced that the board of directors is pleased to declare that all conditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription matter was completed on February 11, 2025. 1.79 million shares (approximately 3.22% of the company's issued share capital after the subscription shares are allotted and issued) have been subscribed by the subscriber at a subscription price of HKD 0.50 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement

According to the announcement from ZIJING INTL FIN (08340), the board of directors is pleased to announce that all conditions set forth in the subscription agreement have been met, and the subscription will be completed on February 11, 2025. 1.79 million shares (approximately 3.22% of the company's issued share capital after the completion of the subscription and the issuance of subscription shares) have been subscribed by the subscriber at a subscription price of HKD 0.50 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the subscription agreement
