According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hengshang Energy (603137.SH) stated that the company's shareholder Qian Lirong reduced his holdings by a total of 4,853,366 shares between December 9, 2024, and February 11, 2025, accounting for 2.65% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, Qian Lirong's shareholding ratio decreased from 7.65306% to 4.99998%, and he is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company
