According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PGVT (000629.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pangang Group Chengdu Vanadium Titanium Resources Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu Vanadium Titanium Trading"), signed the "2025 Vanadium Energy Storage Material Cooperation Annual Framework Agreement" with Dalian Rongke in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
