# Sanmu Group: Shares held by shareholders with more than 5% ownership will be subject to judicial auction

Sanmu Group announced on the evening of February 11 that the People's Court of Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, will publicly conduct an online judicial auction on Alibaba's asset judicial auction platform for 11.41 million shares held by Sunshine Longteng, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company, from 10:00 on March 11, 2025, to 10:00 on March 12, 2025. In addition, the 8.7953 million shares of the company held by Sunshine Longteng that were auctioned by the Shanghai Financial Court on January 19, 2025, were unsold, and the Shanghai Financial Court plans to conduct another public online judicial auction on Taobao from 10:00 on February 23, 2025, to 10:00 on February 24, 2025
