According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LD (300883.SZ) announced that its shareholder Kaibo Private Equity plans to reduce its holdings in the company by a total of no more than 6.92 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, which accounts for no more than 2.00% of the company's total share capital. The implementation period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
