# HOOTECH plans to issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 542 million yuan for the comprehensive utilization technology transformation project of secondary resources of precious metals, among others

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HOOTECH (301026.SZ) has announced a plan to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects. The total scale of this bond issuance is expected to raise no more than RMB 542 million (including the principal). After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be used for the following projects: 1. HOOTECH's precious metal secondary resource comprehensive utilization technology transformation project, with an intended investment of RMB 202 million; 2. Haobo New Materials' precious metal secondary resource comprehensive utilization project, with an intended investment of RMB 241 million; 3. Supplementing working capital, with an intended investment of RMB 100 million
