# Hong Kong Investment Company: This year's work includes assisting cutting-edge technologies to land faster and seizing surrounding investment opportunities

The CEO of Hong Kong Investment Management Limited, Chen Jiaqi, mentioned that the company's work this year focuses on three key areas: accelerating the implementation of cutting-edge technologies for more applications, ensuring that the general public can "use it, use it well, and afford it," and collaborating with various sectors of society to build more international, regional, and cross-border cooperation platforms. Additionally, the company aims to seize peripheral investment opportunities arising from main investment themes, paying attention to "cross-track" application areas. Hong Kong Investment Management Limited announced its first investment project this year, initiating a strategic cooperation with New Wind Tianyu. During the ceremony, Chen Jiaqi stated that New Wind Tianyu's facilities and service layout in Hong Kong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area provide landing and application scenarios for medical research. Through this cooperation and investment, Hong Kong Investment Management Limited aims to drive corporate development and requires companies to contribute to Hong Kong's future, including promoting the establishment of deep cooperation mechanisms between Hong Kong and mainland universities and medical institutions, such as jointly building laboratories and cross-border consultation platforms, and hosting an annual medical summit in Hong Kong starting this year. Chen Jiaqi also stated that New Wind Tianyu has committed to launching a certain number of free testing services applicable to Hong Kong citizens for specific research projects based on research needs, provided that citizens have activated and authorized the service, and the test results can be accessed through the Health Connect system. Furthermore, in the next five years, New Wind Tianyu will collaborate with Hong Kong universities to launch talent training programs focused on drug development and will provide at least 30 internship opportunities annually for undergraduates and postgraduates starting this year. The company will also prioritize Hong Kong as its listing location
