According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HUALAN NPM (301093.SZ) announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Zhu Yinhua, the company's deputy general manager and core technical personnel. Mr. Zhu Yinhua will resign from his position as deputy general manager of the company due to personal family reasons, effective February 14, 2025. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries, and the resignation letter will take effect from the date it is delivered to the company's board of directors
