# Taihe Intelligent's controlling shareholder has cumulatively increased its stake in the company by 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Taihe Intelligent (603656.SH) recently received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Sunshine New Energy, regarding the increase in its shareholding in Taihe Intelligent. From February 5, 2025, to February 12, 2025, Sunshine New Energy cumulatively increased its shareholding by 1.8338 million shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, accounting for 1% of the company's total share capital. After this change in equity, Sunshine New Energy holds 25.44132 million shares of the company, with its shareholding ratio increasing from 12.87% to 13.87%
