# WSFR's subsidiary plans to invest in a project in Zhuhai to produce 25,000 tons of impact-resistant modifiers annually

According to the announcement from WSFR (603010.SH), the company's controlling subsidiary, Guangzhou Entropy Innovation Materials Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangzhou Entropy"), plans to invest in the expansion of a project with an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons of impact-resistant modifiers through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Entropy Innovation Materials (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhuhai Entropy") in Zhuhai, Guangdong.

According to the announcement, the total investment for this project is expected to not exceed 162.13 million yuan. After the completion of the impact-resistant modifier project, an additional production capacity of 25,000 tons/year of impact-resistant modifiers will be added, including 10,000 tons/year of ASA impact-resistant modifiers and 15,000 tons/year of MBS impact-resistant modifiers
