# SYEP: Plans to sell 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary for 382 million yuan

SYEP announced that the company plans to sign a share transfer agreement with Fujian Zhongmin Water Investment Group Co., Ltd. to transfer 100% equity of Quanzhou Shengze Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. and Fujian Shengze Longhai Water Co., Ltd. The transaction price is based on the total assessed value of RMB 382 million, which has been negotiated to be RMB 382 million. After the transaction is completed, Shengze Environmental and Longhai Water will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction aims to optimize the company's asset and business structure and concentrate resources to develop the new health industry
