According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Huachangda (300278.SZ) plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase A-shares through centralized bidding; the total amount of funds intended for the repurchase of shares will not be less than RMB 22 million (including the principal) and not more than RMB 35 million (including the principal); the repurchase price will not exceed RMB 9 per share. The implementation period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting
