(referred to as "KONKA GROUP") will reduce its holdings of the company's shares by 6.9159 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from November 25, 2024, to January 24, 2025, accounting for 1.50% of the company's total share capital. KONKA GROUP has completed this reduction plan
