According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kaizhong Precision (002823.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder Wu Ying and Deputy General Manager Chen Lei plan to collectively reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 6.6776 million shares, accounting for 2.04% of the company's total share capital
