Longway announced that the company's major shareholder, director, and general manager Gao Jianqiang reduced his holdings by a total of 690,000 shares through centralized bidding from January 22, 2025, to February 11, 2025, accounting for 0.51% of the company's total share capital. This reduction is consistent with the previously disclosed reduction plan, and the number of shares reduced is within the planned range. The reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented
